Return Policy

At eLaundry, we aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. However, we understand that minor flaws may occasionally be overlooked. For this reason, we accept returns within Japan, provided the request is made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

• We do not accept international returns.

To request a return, contact us at shopelaundry@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any original packaging where possible.

If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address in Japan. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
